The activities supported sub-objective 1.1 and, in particular, the sub-priority of green growth in order to serve the objectives and strategies of the Managing Authorities for the MED region. The project was designed as a flexible tool that would integrate the results of the projects, support the stakeholders of MED and create a fruitful and cooperative environment for them.
SYNGGI was built to support communication, capitalization activities and its target group was not only MED regions but also all EU countries. This way the SYNGGI program was a precious interregieral partner for the Interreg program, ready to meet its needs and offer innovative solutions that would produce unified results and strong proposals for environmental policies.
